Welcome to AKRA Creative. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

1. Services

AKRA Studio provides brand design, logo creation, and related creative services. The scope, timeline, and deliverables of each project will be agreed upon before work begins.

2. Payments

  • All payments must be made in full or as agreed in a project contract/invoice.

  • Work will not commence until the required deposit is received.

  • Final files will be delivered after full payment is confirmed.

3. Revisions

Packages include a set number of revisions. Extra revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

4. Intellectual Property

  • AKRA Studio retains ownership of all design concepts until full payment is made.

  • Upon final payment, ownership of the approved design transfers to the client.

  • Akra Studio reserves the right to showcase work for portfolio and marketing purposes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any required assets to avoid delays.

6. Limitation of Liability

We strive to deliver high-quality work but are not responsible for any damages, loss of profit, or issues arising from use of the designs after delivery.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work completed up to that point will remain payable.
